I have some other concerns which I’ll address here to keep them private from your sales thread.
Are your sites considered Black Hat ?
No. Absolutely not. What TrafficPaymaster is attempting to create are legitimate, useful websites and pages which would either answer a question direct – particularly with the PRO version which uses articles – or sign posts to an answer.
Unlike other SEO products – I’m thinking of SENukeX for example, we don’t allow our software to ‘mash-up’ several different articles from different sources because what is then produced is nonsense to people, even if the search engines temporarily bite. That’s poor practice in our view.
The script scrapes images for the sites but most images available online are copyright so as Website builders we have to be very vigilant as to where images come from.
Where does the script get the images and can you assure me they are legally allowed to be reused on my sites ?
We’d never allow our script to scrape images where the copyright is not open and freely available. So the image directories used are 100% free of charge.
The images work very well in TrafficPaymaster by the way. It won’t get the picture 100% right all the time, because it relies on the human description that’s been used to describe the image, but it’s often very imaginative and can set the TrafficPaymaster off beautifully.
We believe that Google likes to see sites where the webmaster has taken to illustrate what they’re talking about and TPM does this automatically for you.
The same for the articles, if your scraping articles from well known article directories and stripping the html out of them this means your breaking the TOS of these directories as we are not allowed to remove the authors bio boxes or other internal links.
How do you legally scrape articles and strip html out of them ?
By only allowing TrafficPaymaster to source from directories where this has not been specified and actually that’s easier than you might image. Much of the time people take their articles and having gone with the popular Article Directories they’ll post them to dozens of other locations, many of which do not have limitations and those are the ones that TPM will use.
But… and this is critical…
We NEVER allow TrafficPaymaster to repaste unchanged articles and this would seriously undermine your website. Every article is ‘spun’ using the best spinner on the market called – TheBestSpinner.
How much control do we have over the content being used on the pages ?
Complete control over which sources are used – i.e. twitter, images, facebook (in next release), articles, RSS, etc, etc…
And also control over the output in terms of how many of them are used. Being able to define an RSS feed if you don’t want TPM to select the source automatically for you. Plus, the articles can be respun at varying quality too. There’s a trade-off here with the higher quality also equaling less originality.
When a site has been built can we still go back in and edit/delete articles or other elements on a page.
Yes. But most users probably don’t bother. All the pages that are produced are in html and so you’re always at liberty to edit them about.
Does the script create standard pages such as TOS, Privacy, e.t.c.
The script doesn’t but TPM allows you to add them. This is easy because you have complete control over the TPM Templates. So you would simply edit your template to mention Privacy with a link to a page which contains privacy info.
The reason we haven’t built it in automatically is that we fear people would end up using the standard privacy statement that might come with TrafficPaymaster and that would leave a tell-tale sign of automation which we absolutely always want to avoid in order to keep TPM as effective as it is today.

Here’s my full response which really gets to the heart of why every serious Internet Marketer needs TrafficPaymaster in their SEO armoury:

Just spotted your TrafficPaymaster discussion (an internet marketers lesson to remember track Traffic Paymaster as two words in Google Alerts – as you happen to have it in this thread – and not just as the joined up TrafficPaymaster as I had it set up).
Anyway, you’ve raised a couple of interesting questions about TrafficPaymaster and how it works.
First of all the quality of article re-writing is of course key. We’ve therefore integrated TrafficPaymaster with the best re-writing software on the market – TheBestSpinner. This software learns from experience of others and presents the best alternatives. All that happens automatically within TrafficPaymaster so there’s no user interaction required, other than setting a couple of preferences like quality of article and whether you wish to strip URLs from within the finished article.
But there are of course thousands of article directories and pages built around article content and this won’t really cut it any more. ALERT: Is Article Marketing dead?
I’ve read a lot of silly things about the death of article marketing since Google performed their famous Panda update. Panda, for those not familiar, was Google’s (successful) attempt to remove a bunch of junk websites from their indexes. Good job. These sites added nothing to the internet for real users.
But a lot of people (wrongly) concluded that this somehow meant an end to Article Marketing. They came to this conclusion because a lot of Article Directories got hit hard by Panda. They could not be more misguided!
Anyone who thinks that Article Directories being hit equates to Article Marketing being dead is indeed very confused about the internet. I’d even go as far as to say they don’t understand the web and certainly haven’t got a clue about SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
To appreciate what I’m saying you need to know that articles are simply web content. And good web content is now even less likely to be banned following the Panda update. So to argue the death of Article Marketing is completely ludicrous. It’s effectively an attempt to suggest that Google is no longer interested in delivering high quality content to the end user. And of course that’s actually the Google search engine’s entire business!
But you need to refine your approach
So what does this all mean for your approach to Internet Marketing and SEO?
Simple. There’s a massive opportunity in using articles more effectively and doing even better as you strive to reach the top of the search engine listings. That’s because well constructed content is still absolutely king of the web.
However, we know that it is no longer likely to reach the top by simply plastering your page with one single article. Even if that article is re-written. Instead what Google wants to see is a themed page with other relevant content – on the same subject as your article. So things like pictures featuring the article’s subject matter, twitter conversations, RSS Newsfeeds and perhaps YouTube videos, amongst many other things, will all work very well. Now Google is viewing a page which is more than just a random article, but is instead surrounded by a ton of relevant knowledge and discussion. This is a page which deserves listing. And high up the result page.
But now imagine if you pushed this to the next level by giving Google not just that single relevant page, but an entire website full of beautifully created content tightly based around the same theme. With each page focussing on a slightly different aspect of your subject. Again full of loads of other relevant and related content.
Are you seriously telling me that Google would ignore this goldmine?
Not a chance. Naturally the answer is that Google comes running. It’s desperate to index this kind of high quality website, before its competitors (Bing and Yahoo) steal a march.
A bigger opportunity than ever for those who understand this
Having understood everything above, the next question is how you can use it to generate your own flood of Google traffic to your website(s).
The simple answer is to go ahead and build hundreds of pages based on the principles I’ve outlined above. The reality is that this would take you more time than you could possibly have available – even if you started now and did almost nothing else for the next THREE months!

Thought you’d like an early heads-up about the latest fantastic upgrades to TrafficPaymaster. These will be contained in v3 which will be out soon:
1. Ability to include the %KEYWORD% tag in your Money Site Title. For example: Our Top Recommendation for %KEYWORD% and this will of course update on each page that TPM outputs. As Google AdWords users will know, the more specific you make your ad the more clicks you’re likely to get, so including the keyword here will make sense.
2. Currently Section #2 TPM Template lists any folders it finds within the /tpm-templates directory. However, it will look down more than one folder level meaning that if you had a sub-folder called /images then it would display this in your Template list. The new version of TPM will only look one folder deep to prevent this problem and ensure you can better organize your TPM Templates with images or css folders at the next level down.
3. Currently TPM Templates are restricted because you can only use feeds (twitter, RSS News, etc) in one place in the template. E.g. You can’t include a twitter feed at the top of the page and then another at the bottom because they all have to be within a single <!–TWITTER_ROW_BEGIN–> <!–TWITTER_ROW_END–> which can’t be repeated elsewhere in the Template.
But that’s about to be history. V3 introduces this new FeedTag approach:
